Your RALF TECH watch is a sophisticated instrument. Whatever be its type of movement (automatic, automatic chronograph, hybrid, electric), it consists of a multitude of components and parts that contribute to ensuring its performance. Their mechanical nature can cause unavoidable wear and tear, which can be managed by routine maintenance, by lubricating and replacing the worn-down parts. We therefore recommend that you have a water-resistance test performed every 24 months (except electric models every 10 years) and a full service check every 5 to 6 years (except electric models every 10 years). Only the RALF TECH Customer Service Centre and RALF TECH Authorized Resellers are authorized to provide this type of service. Below are the maintenance and service prices that are available for your watch and for most repairs if your watch is damaged. Our service lead time will be between 45 and 90 days according to our atelier schedule.

We offer you a twelve (12) month warranty on each intervention performed by an authorized RALF TECH service center. In case of defects covered by the service warranty, we will repair or replace, at our discretion and free of charge, any spare parts and/or correct a defective intervention, identified as such by our customer service department.

This workshop guarantee excludes all damages caused by abusive or inappropriate use, damages caused by wrong manipulations, disassembly or repairs carried out by a third party not approved by RALF TECH. 

Are also excluded from this warranty the bracelets, buckles and the consequences of aging of the watch under normal use.
